Maneesh Joshi

Maneesh Joshi is an experienced professional in real estate investment and asset management, currently serving as AVP at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since November 2019. Prior to this, Maneesh held the position of General Manager at Brookfield Properties from January 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading the technical coordination for a portfolio of office parks and managing various stakeholder interactions. Prior experience includes serving as Design Manager at Bharti Realty Limited, where Maneesh played a key role in developing India's first pre-certified platinum-rated green building, and as Manager P&C at Assotech Limited. Early career experience included a role as Architect at ARCOP Associates PVT LTD. Maneesh holds a PGP in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia.
