Todd McDonough

Todd McDonough has extensive experience in communication and photography, currently serving as a Communication Liaison at WSP for the Hudson Valley Transportation Management Center since January 2020. In addition, Todd works as a freelance photographer for MaxPreps, FloSports, The Putnam County News & Recorder, and Upstate Images. Previous roles include positions at VHB and Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on transportation management communications, and a series of management roles at TransCare, including Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager. Todd began a career in emergency medical services as a Paramedic with Durham County EMS and later served as a Paramedic Supervisor at Sloper Willen Community Ambulance Service. Todd attended SUNY Empire State College for Health/Health Care Administration/Management and studied at Hudson Valley Community College.
