Kendall Bales

Kendall Bales has extensive experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Business Development at Maxwell Construction since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kendall held positions as a Consultant and Senior Associate, including Cincinnati Office Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from May 2018 to September 2022. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Engineering Department Head at Hrezo Engineering, Inc. from June 1998 to May 2018. Kendall Bales earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science between 1997 and 2001, and completed high school education at Deer Park Jr/Sr High School from 1992 to 1996.
