Debasish Sahoo

Debasish Sahoo is a dedicated hospitality professional currently serving as a Kitchen Management Trainee at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts since July 2022. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Casual Trainee at ITC Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed guest interaction and food and beverage service. Debasish also completed an Industrial Trainee position at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, gaining exposure to all four major hotel departments: Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Accommodation Operations. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor in Hotel Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, and further studies at Ranjita Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Academia began at Kosala High School and continued through Vidyarthee Residential Higher Secondary School.
