Harper Heckman

Harper Heckman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and litigation. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Maynard Nexsen PC since April 2023, Harper previously held the position of Member and Attorney at Nexsen Pruet from January 2004 to May 2023, and had been a Partner at Nexsen Pruet, PLLC from September 1991. Harper's representative matters include involvement in arbitration and mediation for various high-stakes cases, such as defending wrongful death claims, negotiating the recovery of extended fees, and litigating against design teams for defective project designs.
