Dave Cole

Dave Cole is an experienced leader in digital health and customer experience management, currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Center for Digital Health at Mayo Clinic since October 2021. In this role, Dave leads a group focused on enhancing patient web and mobile app experiences, orchestrating digital patient journeys, and managing enterprise content. Previously, Dave held several key positions at Prudential Financial from 2002 to 2021, culminating in the role of Vice President within the Customer Experience Center of Excellence, where strategic initiatives to improve customer engagement for Group Insurance were implemented. With an educational background that includes a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and executive education in Data Science from the Haas School of Business, along with ongoing studies at MIT Sloan School of Management, Dave Cole combines a strong academic foundation with extensive experience in delivering effective and customer-centric digital solutions.
