Nikki Harper

Nikki Harper currently serves as the Division Chair of Revenue Cycle-Reporting Analytics Automation at Mayo Clinic, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nikki Harper was the Enterprise Vice President of Patient Financial Services at Trinity Health from September 2020 to August 2023, and previously held the role of Vice President of Patient Business Services in the same organization. Additional experience includes serving as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Hospital Sisters Health System from July 2015 to September 2020 and as the Director of Patient Financial Services at Blessing Health System from March 2010 to June 2015. Nikki Harper earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Woods University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Western Illinois University.
