Radhika Alla

Radhika Alla is an accomplished leader in digital strategy and management, currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and Vice Chair of Digital Platforms at Mayo Clinic, where Radhika leads the vision and strategy for digital experiences. With extensive experience in both executive roles and technical leadership, Radhika has previously held positions such as Chief Digital Officer at Cigna, overseeing digital initiatives for government businesses, and Managing Director of Information Technology at Sona Consulting Services. Radhika is also an Executive Director on the Board of Refugee Support Alliance and an official member of the Forbes Technology Council. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
