Andrew Winter

Andrew Winter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in venture capital, strategic growth, and program management. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at MBA Ventures since September 2023 and co-founding Bantee in September 2022, Andrew previously held the position of GTM Strategic Growth Lead at Kahani and worked as an Investor at Immeasurable. Andrew's career at ClassPass spanned four years, during which a progression from Customer Experience Associate to Program Manager occurred. Additional experience includes a role as a Product Operations Analyst at S&P Global and an internship at Eastern Consolidated. Andrew Winter is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, following a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
