Matteo Guidi is an experienced mechanical and structural engineer with a focus on design, simulation, validation, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Chief Stress Engineer and Mechanical Design Technical Expert at MBDA since July 2016, Matteo plays a crucial role in the FLAADS/Land Ceptor programme and its export variants, as well as the MAADS/GRIFO/CAMM-ER programme. Prior to this, Matteo worked at Ferrari from November 2015 to April 2016 as a Stress Engineer in the engine design department, performing finite element structural analysis to ensure the robustness and reliability of engine components. Earlier experience includes a sales position at Caracuzzo Srl from March 2008 to May 2010. Matteo holds a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
