Claudia So is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Lender Relations at MCAP since January 2023, after a long tenure at Paradigm Quest beginning in 2007, where roles included Vice President of Corporate Accounts and Director of Operational Support among others. Claudia has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality, establishing performance benchmarks, and maintaining compliance with audits. As a leader, Claudia has developed training programs and fostered strong collaborative relationships across departments, while also holding a foundational role in human resources by overseeing recruitment and policy administration. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and a Marketing Certificate from Ryerson University.
