Eugenia Tarta

Eugenia Tarta has extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Central Processing Unit at MCAP since February 2006. Previous roles at MCAP include Sr Manager of Servicing Operations, Sr Team Leader in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) department, Manager of Servicing Operations, Supervisor of Servicing Operations, and Mortgage Specialist, where responsibilities included recruiting, coaching, legal document analysis, and resolving title defects. Prior to MCAP, Eugenia held the position of Manager of the Legal Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania from September 1990 to June 2001, providing legal advice to employees and members. Eugenia holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from Conestoga College, completed in 2006.
