Fawad Butt

Fawad Butt is a seasoned Database Administrator with extensive experience in managing and configuring databases across various platforms, including Linux, AIX, and Microsoft SQL Server. Currently employed at MCB Bank Limited since February 2016, Fawad specializes in tasks such as database migration, backup and recovery using RMAN, and configuring DataGuard for over 50 production databases. Prior to MCB Bank, Fawad served as an Oracle Database Administrator at DWP Group, where significant projects included implementing Data Guard and migrating databases. With a background as Manager of Technology Trainings at Oranet Training and Solutions, Fawad has delivered workshops on Oracle technologies and managed office operations. Fawad began a career in IT with roles including Information & IT Executive at Flex-O-Signs and IT Officer at Sun TV. Fawad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Computer Sciences from Hajvery University, completed in 2006.
