Theresa Stegman

Theresa Stegman currently serves as the Director of Development at MCB Real Estate LLC since August 2021. Previously, Theresa held the position of Senior Director of Development at Ancora from January 2019 to August 2021, where a significant achievement included closing $286 million in financing for the Electric Works project in Fort Wayne, IN, while leading the historic rehabilitation of 730,000 square feet into office and retail space. Prior experience encompasses directing development at Cross Street Partners LLC, where management of the Lion Brothers Building redevelopment occurred, and serving as a Project Coordinator at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, conducting site analyses for potential development. Earlier roles include Chief of Staff to Maryland State Senator Bobby Zirkin and a design internship at First Potomac Realty Trust. Theresa holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University.
