Andy Hirt

Andy Hirt is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Dean of Enrollment Management at McCallie School since July 2021, overseeing all aspects of student admissions and re-enrollment. Prior roles include Senior Director of Business Development at Independent School Management and Assistant Head of School for Marketing & Major Gifts at Asheville School, where efforts focused on brand and reputation enhancement. Andy’s extensive background also includes positions at TABS, Brooks School, and various directorial roles in admissions at multiple institutions. Andy holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wittenberg University.
