Scotty Jones

Scotty Jones currently serves as the Middle School Head at McCallie School, a position held since June 2016. Prior to this role, Scotty Jones accumulated extensive experience at The Westminster Schools from August 2005 to May 2016, serving as a Teacher, Grade Chair for Sixth Grade Boys, Curriculum Coordinator, and Diversity Team member, in addition to coaching tennis. Earlier in the career, Scotty Jones was the Department Chair and Director of Bands & Orchestra at Oak Park and River Forest High School from July 1999 to May 2005, while also leading the African American Faculty Advisory Committee. Scotty Jones began the teaching journey as the Associate Director of Bands at Waubonsie Valley High School from June 1991 to May 1999. Scotty Jones holds a Master's of Music from Michigan State University (1995-1996) and a degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1988-1991).
