Andrea Higgins

Andrea Higgins is an Associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP since September 2020, having previously served as a Trainee Solicitor in various departments, including Antitrust and Competition, Real Estate, Litigation, and Corporate. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a Project Assistant in Litigation at McCann FitzGerald and was a Data Protection Officer at Higgins Claims Services Limited, where extensive research on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was conducted, alongside drafting and updating compliance policies. Andrea gained early experience as an intern at A&L Goodbody, focusing on banking law and structured finance transactions, and served as an Office Administrator for the Cork County Returning Officer, managing election-related correspondence and staffing. Academic qualifications include a Master of European Law from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Laws from University College Cork.
