Doug McMahon

Doug McMahon is a partner in the Technology & Innovation Group at McCann FitzGerald, where expertise encompasses technology law, internet law, data protection, intellectual property, cyber security, confidentiality, freedom of information, and privacy issues. McMahon has received recognition as a "Next Generation Lawyer" by the Legal 500 in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Prior to joining McCann FitzGerald in April 2009, McMahon held positions as a senior associate, associate, and trainee at Hart Publishing, where responsibilities included proofreading and quotation checking for legal publications. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and a BA from the University of Cambridge, alongside professional qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland.
