Nathan Coveney

Nathan Coveney is a Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since July 2024, contributing to the construction of the Gaylord Pacific Resort Hotel and Convention Center. Previously, as a Project Engineer Intern at Cal Poly Facilities Planning and Capital Projects, Nathan gained expertise in project management processes and cost control for a range of capital projects. Experience as a Carpenter's Apprentice with Mark's Carpenter Service involved hands-on carpentry work and customer service, while a decade-long volunteer role as a Project Planner with Amor Ministries provided valuable insights into construction management in underserved communities. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
