Jennifer Bean

Jennifer Bean currently serves as the Director of Quality Systems at McCarthy Holdings, Inc., a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Sr. Quality Advisor at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from October 2023 to November 2024. Jennifer has extensive experience in quality management, having previously worked as the Director of Quality and Training at Insituform Technologies from August 2020 to October 2023 and as the Director of Project Management at Aegion Corporation from August 2019 to May 2023. Earlier in the career, Jennifer was the Quality Manager at Insituform Technologies from 2010 to August 2019 and held various positions including Senior Industrial Engineer, Planner, and Business Manager at General Motors from 1995 to 2010. Jennifer holds an MBA from Lindenwood University (1997-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1990-1995).
