Tom van Den Berg

Tom van den Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and business management sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at McCoy & Partners since January 2014, Tom has previously held significant roles such as Program Manager for the FMO project and IT Program Manager during their tenure at ASML. Prior to ASML, Tom was the CEO of CIBER International, overseeing global operations and significantly growing revenue and personnel. Tom also founded Solution Partners and has held key positions at Philips Lighting, Ashland Inc, Newell Rubbermaid, and PLIBRICO LIMITED. Academically, Tom holds a PhD in Economics from Tilburg University and completed an executive program at Harvard Business School in 2004.
