Tonya Echols, PCC, CPC, CDE®, serves as the Managing Principal at Vigere since 2014, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. In addition to leading this role, Tonya is actively involved as Chapter President of the Psi Chi William James College Chapter and holds multiple positions within the International Coaching Federation, including Chair of the Professional Coaches Global Board and member of the Global Enterprise Board of Directors. Tonya also contributes to various educational institutions as an adjunct faculty member and instructor in leadership and organizational behavior, while serving as a leadership solutions facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership and a faculty member at several management centers. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology focused on Leadership Psychology from William James College, a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, alongside coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching and Emory University.
