Erinn Becker

Erinn Becker, CDR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition professional at McGough since April 2023 and has sustained a parallel role as Senior Recruiting Consultant at EB Recruits LLC since November 2015. Previously, Erinn held the position of Director of Recruiting and Marketing at ThreeFive, Inc. from December 2015 to September 2021, overseeing recruitment, marketing, and sales efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Digital River from April 2012 to December 2015, managing recruitment for the CMO, Sales, and IT divisions domestically and across Europe, and as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Best Buy, focusing on leadership hiring for Distribution and Logistics from May 2012 to April 2013.
