Aaron Marienthal

Aaron Marienthal is a highly experienced litigator and regulatory counsel specializing in high-stakes consumer financial services matters. Currently a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP since August 2024, Aaron represents various financial institutions, fintechs, and technology companies on consumer lending issues and regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, Aaron served as SVP and General Counsel at Payactiv and held positions as SVP and Director of Legal at The L Suite, as well as Senior Associate roles at reputable law firms including McGuireWoods LLP, Marton Ribera Schumann & Chang LLP, and Reed Smith LLP, where Aaron defended numerous financial institutions and technology companies in complex litigation. Aaron graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a J.D. and holds a B.A. with High Honors in Psychology and Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara.
