Inchara Nelogal

Inchara Nelogal is currently an Analyst at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Strategy & Operations Consulting since January 2024. Prior to this role, Inchara held multiple leadership positions at SWE-TAMU, including President, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Vice President of Finance, and Freshmen Representative, while also serving as a member of the SWElites Professional Development Committee. Relevant experience includes a Summer 2022 M&A Advisory Internship at PwC, cybersecurity internships at Dell Technologies and IBM, a participation in Blackstone’s Fall Future Women Leaders program, and serving as a Campus Ambassador and Online Scholar for Girls Who Invest. Inchara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Meridian World School.
