Liana R. Wallace

Liana R. Wallace is a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since January 2024, with prior experience including a Google BOLD Finance Internship in summer 2022 and roles at Innovo Consulting from September 2019 to December 2021. At Innovo, Liana served as an Internal Project Manager and Consultant, focusing on using data to enhance recruitment and retention efforts at Georgetown University, as well as collaborating with organizations to achieve social-impact goals. Previous internships include work with the James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy, where Liana developed program metrics for legal services, and an internship at the Skokie Public Library, where Liana created civic engagement projects and conducted bilingual storytelling.
