Loulwa Kalache Mikati currently serves as the Global Learning Manager for McKinsey Implementation, having transitioned from the role of Global Capabilities & Knowledge Manager for Implementation at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included knowledge and content management. Prior experience includes various roles at Elixir Management Consultancy, ranging from Senior Delivery Manager to Project Delivery Manager and Associate, along with a tenure as Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager at Kaena Holding Group. Loulwa has also contributed to marketing and research roles at organizations such as Genesis Middle East and American University of Beirut, supporting educational initiatives and data analysis. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Management from American University of Beirut, alongside additional studies in Agile leadership at the University of Colorado.
