Lucas Costantino

Lucas Costantino is a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where involvement since November 2020 has centered on private equity. In early 2023, Lucas took a secondment to TechnoServe as an Economic Development Consultant, advising the UK Foreign Office on climate finance solutions for smallholder farmers in Ghana. Prior experience includes various internships at notable organizations such as Roland Berger, Porsche AG, Bencis Capital Partners, IONIQ Group, and medneo, acquired between 2015 and 2020. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Master of International Business from Universidad EAFIT.
