Marla Capozzi

Marla Capozzi has extensive experience in leadership and education, particularly in the fields of private capital and global leadership development. Currently serving as a leader at McKinsey & Company since 2000, Marla has significantly contributed to talent practices in the organization. Previous roles include chairing the Board of Trustees at Babson College from July 2017 to June 2021 and serving as an adjunct professor in the Strategy and Management Division from January 2014 to 2017. Earlier experience includes involvement in product development at Lotus Development from 1992 to 1997. Marla Capozzi holds an MBA with Honors from Babson College, earned between 1992 and 1996.
