Melise Leonard

Melise Leonard has over nine years of experience in recruitment and organizational support, currently serving as a Team Leader and lead recruiter for McKinsey & Company since May 2014. In this role, Melise manages the recruiting pipeline for the EEMA LEAP Digital practice, conducts thorough reporting and analysis for stakeholders, and leads sourcing campaigns to attract top talent. Previous positions include Senior Recruiter and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities spanned from managing recruitment strategies for both digital initiatives and generalist consultants to organizing complex schedules for senior partners. Education includes ongoing studies at the University of South Africa in project management and earlier coursework at UKZN Extended Learning.
