Simón Cruz

Simón Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and education. Currently serving as an Associate at McKinsey & Company since October 2023, Simón previously held the role of Project Lead at Atlantis, where management and training of pre-Med students focused on market research for digital diabetes solutions. With an MBA from IESE Business School and an exchange semester at Yale School of Management, Simón has also led projects aimed at increasing fundraising and leveraging technology in the nonprofit sector. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor at UNAM, coaching engineering students, and improving processes and compliance in the oil and gas industry while at Schlumberger.
