Sumayah Kader is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Global HR & Talent Manager at McKinsey & Company. Sumayah has held various leadership roles at McKinsey, including Regional Manager of Professional Development for Digital and Analytics in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, and Head of Professional Development for the Middle East. Additionally, Sumayah has worked as an Independent Consultant for organizations such as Anglo American and Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. In a previous position, Sumayah was the Managing Director of MyConcierge.
