Arvind Jairam

Arvind Jairam is a Senior Counsel at McKool Smith since March 2022, focusing on patent litigation in federal district courts and patentability trials at the PTAB, and is a member of the top-ranked PTAB group for patent owner cases. Previously, Arvind served as a Senior Associate at Paul Hastings from May 2016 to March 2022, where involvement in patent litigation and patentability trials was significant. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in patent litigation and prosecution, and a Patent Agent position at Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. Arvind began a career in research and development at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, contributing to radar and speech processing for defense programs. Arvind holds a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School and advanced degrees in Business Administration from Boston University and Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
