Paolo Lazzarini

Paolo Lazzarini is an experienced Embedded Control Development Tools Engineer at McLaren Applied since March 2023. Previously, at Electrolux from July 2018 to March 2023, Paolo served as a Control System Engineer, where responsibilities included designing control algorithms that enhanced product performance, managing a Model-Based Design framework utilizing MATLAB/Simulink, and leading a global team in motor control algorithm improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as an Engine Control Engineer at Centro Ricerche Fiat, supporting production code software enhancement, and an internship focused on FPGA-Based real-time control systems at Université Nice Sophia Antipolis. Paolo holds a Master of Science in Control Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, and is currently pursuing another Master’s degree in Engenharia Electrotécnica at ISEL. Educational background also includes a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Informatica e Automatica and completion of Liceo Scientifico.
