Sam Guest is an experienced professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as the Head of Telemetry, Control and Analytics at McLaren Applied since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sam held positions including Senior Business Development Manager in Motorsport at McLaren Applied and Head of Business Development at AVL. Sam's career spans various roles from Sales and Business Development Manager at MTS Systems Corporation to Key Account Manager at McLaren Applied Technologies, Vehicle Integration Engineer at Ford Motor Company, and Data and Systems Engineer at Formula Two. Sam began the professional journey as a Graduate Design Engineer with Lotus Renault GP and has foundational experience as a Technical Support Engineer with Pi Research. Educationally, Sam holds a Master of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from the University of Bath.
