Daniel Kersey

Daniel Kersey is an Associate Attorney at McLin & Burnsed, P.A. since February 2019, focusing on litigating construction contracts, trade secret defense and prosecution, and community association class action defense. Daniel's extensive experience includes drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing client interactions. Prior roles include Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida, Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and Senior Galleys Editor for the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
