Janell McDaniel

Janell McDaniel is an experienced professional in the truck service industry with a career spanning from 1990 to the present. Currently serving as the Group Warranty Director at McMahon Truck Centers since July 2003, Janell has held various roles including Service Director and Location Manager. Responsibilities involve overseeing the efficient management of the service department and the recruitment and training of personnel. Prior experience includes working as a Warranty Administrator at both R & R Truck Sales, Inc. and Columbus Truck and Equipment Co., Inc., where duties included determining warranty coverage and filing warranty claims with Mack Trucks, Inc. Janell holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Sciences from West Virginia Northern Community College and has pursued additional education at Marshall University.
