Shahram Khalili

Shahram Khalili is a Partner at McMillan LLP, specializing in commercial real estate, financing, and secured lending since August 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Student at Law with RBC Wealth Management Law Group during a secondment, and a Summer Law Student position at McMillan LLP. Shahram has also served as a Legal Intern for the State of Michigan's Corporations, Securities, and Commercial Licensing Bureau, as well as in the Legal Research Service at the Parliament of Canada. Earlier in the career, Shahram worked as an Account Service Representative at RBC. Shahram holds a dual American/Canadian J.D. from the University of Ottawa and Michigan State University College of Law, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University.
