Jae Bateman

Jae Bateman is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing significant engineering and infrastructure projects. Currently at McMillen Jacobs Associates since February 2016, Jae oversees key projects such as the Western Harbour Tunnel and various phases of the Sydney Metro, focusing on geotechnical and structural design as well as commercial management. Prior to this, Jae served as East Mine Closure Project Manager at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd, where responsibilities included rehabilitation design and stakeholder liaison. Jae holds a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from UNSW, an MBA from the University of Waikato, and a B.Sc (Hon) in Geology and Economics from the University of Victoria, complemented by certifications in investments and securities.
