Jim Kutz

Jim Kutz is an experienced attorney at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, where Jim has worked since 1993. Prior to this role, Jim served as Assistant Counsel at the PA Department of Transportation Office of Chief Counsel from 1986 to 1993. Educationally, Jim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earned between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millersville University, obtained in 1983. Jim completed secondary education at Cedar Cliff High School from 1977 to 1979.
