Melani Cepeda is an Executive Search Consultant at MCR International since April 2017, specializing in direct recruitment of professionals in the pharmaceutical-chemical and FMCG sectors, as well as talent management. With over 20 years of combined experience, the company assists organizations in finding necessary talent while supporting candidates in their professional development. Prior to this role, Melani completed an internship as a psychotherapist at Institut Mensalus S.L. from February 2016 to March 2018. Melani holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2011-2016) and a postgraduate degree in Integrative Psychology from Mensalus (2017-2018), supplemented by studies at Divulgación Dinámica (2016-2017).
