Erica Eger

Erica Eger, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at McWane Plant & Industrial since May 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held significant positions at Morgan Advanced Materials, including Business Process Manager and Commercial Customer Service Manager, from February 2022 to June 2024. Erica's experience also includes serving as Customer Service Manager at Ingersoll Rand from March 2016 to February 2022, and Manager of Customer Service at ABB from May 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, Erica worked at Avis Budget Group as Regional Sales Performance Manager and at PepsiCo as Account Manager. Earlier in the career, Erica was Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Erica holds an MBA from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from PennWest California.
