Matt Pierce

Matt Pierce is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in financial wellness, healthcare technology, and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Immediate since October 2018, Matt has focused on helping businesses improve employee engagement through a voluntary financial wellness benefit. Matt's active involvement in various organizations includes serving as a Board Member at McWane Science Center and a Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Previous roles include Managing Director at Looped-in, where strategic growth initiatives were developed, and leadership positions at iScribeHealth, Clinithink, Tomeah Health, PatientPop Inc., Pri-Med Amazing Charts, and Greenway Health, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Matt holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from Auburn University.
