Trevor Day has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the City of Philadelphia, most recently serving as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Strategic Engagement. In this capacity, Trevor leads enterprise-wide program and technology projects, focusing on strategic transformation and process improvement. Previous positions include Procurement Commissioner, where direction for the city's centralized purchasing strategy was provided, and Deputy Procurement Commissioner, where Trevor developed a strategic plan that resulted in over $5 million in annual savings. Additionally, Trevor has experience managing significant budgets and contracts, having overseen $80 million in service contracts as Director of Purchasing and budgeting $102 million in technology spending as IT Financial Manager. Prior to the City of Philadelphia, Trevor served as Director of Business and Commercial Development at Campus Boulevard Corp. Trevor holds an MBA in Urban Economic Development from Eastern University and a BA in Economics from Bates College.
