Alev Kayagil

Alev Kayagil is an accomplished Trainer Consultant at MDF since November 2022, specializing in training and facilitation for stakeholders in the international cooperation sector on topics such as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework, Results Based Management, and Theory of Change Methodology. Previous roles include communications coordination at Save the Children International, where Alev developed communication products and supported knowledge management during humanitarian emergencies. Alev also served as Membership and Organizational Development Coordinator, managing engagement across 30 member organizations, and contributed to project management and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes support roles in organizations focused on women's empowerment, research on migration and refugee issues, and involvement in electoral monitoring in Turkey. Alev holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Toronto.
