Nathan Balmes

Nathan Balmes, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at MDH Partners since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held key financial positions including Senior Vice President and Senior Controller at Stonemont Financial Group from March 2020 to August 2024, and Assistant Vice President at State Street from April 2018 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Nathan was Vice President of Finance at Birdsey Group and held multiple roles at JLL, including Vice President, Assistant Controller, and Director of Finance. Nathan's foundational experience includes a Senior Real Estate Accountant position at IDI - Industrial Developments International and an Accounting Manager role at the Georgia Press Association. Nathan began the career as an Accountant/Project Manager at ATC Associates. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and additional education from Georgia State University.
