Chandana Tyagi

Chandana Tyagi is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant with extensive experience in talent management and development. Since June 2015, Chandana has provided independent consulting services, employing Neurosciences research-backed Brain Based Coaching methodologies to help clients unlock their potential. Additionally, since August 2018, Chandana has served as a Guest Faculty at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon. Prior experience includes roles at Sapient as Senior Manager People Strategy, focusing on leadership development and change management across APAC and global regions, and at Accenture, where Chandana managed global talent projects. Earlier professional experiences at The Coca-Cola Company included HR generalist roles centered on talent acquisition and performance management. Chandana holds an MBA in HR and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a certified professional coach.
