Col Subhash Chand

Col Subhash Chand has extensive experience in estate management and project management, currently serving as the Estate Manager at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon since June 2013, overseeing the estate management and civil engineering projects for a 35-acre campus. Since November 2007, Col Subhash Chand has also held the position of Project Manager at BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd, where significant accomplishments include the construction of the landmark corporate office in Sector 32, Gurugram. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the National Defence Academy's 62 Course (1979-1982) and foundational studies at Sainik School Kapurthala (1972-1979).
