Saikat Banerjee

Saikat Banerjee is currently serving as Faculty In-charge for the PGDM (Online) program and an Assistant Professor at Management Development Institute in Gurgaon since October 2023. Simultaneously, Saikat is involved in Strategy Consulting at Aster Health Academy, focusing on strategic planning and execution while engaging with healthcare leaders in the GCC and India regions. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Technology in Hyderabad and Guest Faculty at the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. Saikat's early career featured an internship in Innovation Management with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and a Technical Officer position at the United Bank of India. Saikat also brings valuable experience as a Technical Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions and was recognized as an RBI Young Scholar by the Reserve Bank of India. Saikat holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BE in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University.
