Sangeeta Talwar

Sangeeta Talwar did her MBA from IIM Kolkata and is an Economics Honours graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. She started her career with Nestle and was instrumental in creating, launching and establishing the ‘Maggi’ phenomenon, the first instant food product in the country and subsequently headed the Marketing Function in Nestle. Subsequently she joined Mattel, the world’s largest Toy Company in India as CEO and Managing Director. She was appointed as Executive Director for Tata Tea Limited in 2004 and later as President-South Asia for the Tata Global Beverages Group. In Sep 2010, she was appointed as a Managing Director of NDDB Dairy Services. She holds a few distinctions: Business Today has selected her as one of the 30 Most Powerful Women in Indian Business - 2007, 2009 and 2010; India Today Woman in the Corporate World - 2010 and also Women Super Achievers Award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Marketing.

Ms. Sangeeta Talwar is currently a Director on the Boards of Manipal Global Education Services Pvt. Ltd., HCL Infosystems Limited, Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited, TCNS Clothing Company Private Limited, Sembcorp Energy India Limited and Castrol India Limited.

She is also a Chairperson/member of the Committee of Directors in following Companies:
